Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about building a team where people are comfortable bringing you the hard questions. I’ve always believed the best teams are built on trust, transparency, and accountability.
Set clear expectations. Give people room to lead. Be available when they need you.
And when something goes wrong, focus on solving the problem—not assigning blame. That’s how you build teams that perform.
